Used to be that a simple paper and clipboard sign-in-sheet was all you needed. Ensuring patient confidentiality and security has become of paramount concern. OffiSign-In allows your patients to sign in electronically, preserving their confidentiality. Our system is designed for ease of use. We combine standard electronic signature pads with our easy-to-use software to obtain patient information in a confidential and private manner, eliminating paper-based sign-in sheets. It also reduces paperwork, increases privacy and reduces costs in any environment that requires signatures. 
HIPAA compliance, patient confidentiality and ease of use are the major concerns today. OffiSign-In addresses all of these with our proprietary software. Patient confidentiality is greatly increased with the elimination of the paper-based sign-in system. OffiSign-In is designed for the PC environment, using standard Microsoft supported operating systems. Our software supports a Digital Signature Pad, similar to the payment process used in many retail stores today. The software immediately date- and time-stamps the signature for permanent electronic storage. You can choose to have the patient self sign in or have the front desk personnel annotate the signature and enter it. The signature is then cleared from the pad maintaining complete confidentiality.
